Abstract

Abstract : All-polymer photomultiplication type photodetectors were built based on PMBBDT:N2200 (100 : 3, w/w) as photoactive layers, which can be applied in optical switch systems without any current pre-amplifier. Abstract : All-polymer photodetectors with photomultiplication were fabricated with PMBBDT and N2200 as photoactive layers, which exhibit an external quantum efficiency of 20 700% under 4 V. The signal-to-noise ratio, linear dynamic range and specific detectivity were simultaneously enhanced by empolying a PEDOT:PSS/P-TPD double hole transport layer. An optical switch system without any current amplifier was realized.
