Abstract : Recording a practice's telephone calls can be a valuable resource, says Jerry Crick, providing support for customer service, security and training, and contributing to general day‐to‐day productivity. Here, he looks at the benefits and costs of using this technology, draws attention to some of the legal requirements and gives advice on how to get started.
