Abstract

Abstract : N/A: We describe a surgical technique of pars plana posterior capsulectomy using a transconjunctival sutureless 2‐port 27‐gauge microincision vitrectomy system to deal with dense posterior capsule opacification (PCO). The technique was used successfully in 5 eyes of 5 patients with dense PCO that had been unsuccessfully treated by neodymium:YAG laser photodisruption.
