- Abstract: The micro‐pyramid structure exhibits outstanding antireflection, but this structure only focuses on the field of monocrystalline silicon. Here, the novel TiO2 pyramids were fabricated by soft imprinting. Then, the polyaniline nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of TiO2 pyramids to form biomimetic compound eyes with P/N heterojunction. The composite coatings could reduce the reflection of incident light and enhance separation efficiency of photoinduced charges, which were applied to the photocatalytic degradation of organism dye. Abstract : The biomimetic Coating TiO2 ‐P/PANI based on TiO2 pyramids was fabricated by soft imprinting and self‐assembly, and exhibited excellent antireflective, photoelectric and photocatalytic properties, which extends the application range of the pyramid structure.
