- Abstract: Adenophora triphylla ( A. triphylla ) is an important oriental herb belonging to the Campanulaceae family. A. triphylla complete chloroplast genome is composed of 239, 431 bp, which form a large single-copy region (LSC, 178, 906 bp), a small single-copy region (SSC, 55, 819 bp), and 2 inverted repeats (IRs, 2, 353 bp). There are 108 genes annotated, including 74 protein-coding genes, 4 ribosomal RNA genes, and 30 transfer RNA genes. Phylogeny indicates that A. triphylla was belong to Adenophora genus as a sister group and most closely related to Adenophora divaricate.
