Abstract

Abstract : DOI: 10.1002/elps.202000356 The cover picture shows the detection of nucleotides using an h‐BN solid‐state nanopore with a [bmim][PF6 ]/KCl interface. The presented current trace matches the three ssDNA molecules in the image, which is evident from the translocating 10‐nt ssDNA and the ten base‐translocation peaks of the current signal. The hemispheres on the upper ([bmim][PF6 ]) and lower (KCl) sides are the sensing zones, which have different dimensions due to their different conductivity. The K + and Cl – ions are shown in the lower chamber to represent KCl aqueous solution.
