Abstract

Abstract : The physiological functions of various organs and tissues of the elderly begin to decline with the growth of age, and the body is more and more affected by various degenerative diseases, resulting in the decline of the overall sports ability. As a result, some elderly people even become unable to live independently. This paper describes the current situation of the elderly in China by using the data of the elderly over 60 years of age in the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Survey. In addition, Activities of Daily Living scale was used to determine the degree of disability, and Stata 13.0 software was used for multiple regression analysis, focusing on the analysis of the factors affecting the disability of the elderly. According to the research results, the paper puts forward the future trend from multiple perspectives and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the disability of the elderly or reduce its adverse effects. This will help China become an aging friendly country.
