- Abstract: The Constant Rate of Momentum Change (CRMC) two-stage ejector (TSE) has suggested being a beneficial alternative geometrical configuration for utilizing the redundant momentum of the discharged flow. In the two-stage ejector, the energy of the discharge stream at the end of the mixing section further allows to entraining of the secondary flow as compared to a single-stage ejector. In the present study, the 1-D gas dynamic CRMC model with frictional effects has been utilized to compute the two-stage ejector geometry. The computed model has been used to analyzed numerically using ANSYS-Fluent 14.0 for the given design input parameters viz., entrainment ratio (ω). The 1-D gas dynamic results verified with numerical results.
