Abstract

Translation abstract: Following the principles of photochemical processes and designing clever devices, optical and chemical inputs can be combined according to the propositional logics of Boolean algebra using molecular switches. Doing so, photochromic functional dyes could found application, for example in medicine and in new materials. Abstract: Unter Berücksichtigung der Gesetzmäßigkeiten photochemischer Prozesse und durch geschicktes Design von Bauelementen können optische und chemische Signale gemäß der Booleschen Aussagenlogik kombiniert werden, indem man molekulare Schalter nutzt. Photochrome funktionelle Farbstoffe könnten so beispielsweise in der Medizin und in neuen Materialien Anwendung finden.
