- Abstract : Acetyl-CoA carboxylase I (ACCase I) in developing oilseed rape embryos is predominantly cystosolic, based upon measurement of its propionyl-CoA carboxylase activity. Reduction of ACCase I by antisense expression reduces seed lipid content and affects carbohydrate metabolism.
