- Abstract : Numerical simulation of ball‐drop is applied to provide solutions for improving the impact resistance of flexible AMOLED panel. The convergence of computation is promoted through ALE mesh adaptive technology and appropriate hourglass control approach. After numerical simulation, it is concluded that foam placed between cover window and polarizer, with modulus ranging from 4.6MPa to 46MPa is the ideal choice to achieve excellent impact resistance.
