- Abstract: The IntellaMap Orion TM (Boston Scientific) is a 64‐electrode basket catheter allowing for ultrahigh‐density mapping of complex cardiac arrhythmias. We report the case of a basket catheter vascular entrapment, requiring surgical removal.
