- Abstract : Disease diagnosis and prognosis through the detection of genetic biomarkers occupy an important part in molecular biology. Considering the thermodynamics of the strand‐displacement reaction, we studied a system that can convert various miRNAs into a code that makes the detection system work. The cover feature reflects this discovery and shows that miRNAs in various sequences are transformed into the universal code and act as the key to operating a topological transformation nanobarcoding system that specializes in target detection.
