- Abstract : We investigated the stability and adsorption properties of a Pd nanoparticles which are used for catalyst of electroless plating on dielectrics substrate. Some additives for Pd nanoparticle dispersion significantly improved the stability of the dispersion without deteriorating the adsorption of the Pd nanoparticles. Furthermore, the additives redispersed agglomerated Pd nanoparticles. These results suggest a method for applying Pd nanoparticles in manufacturing processes.
