- Abstract: In the absence of grid power supply, in addition to research on dynamic energy management and power flow control in the case of sufficient power, consideration should be given to formulating a reasonable limited electricity scheduling strategy to improve the balance and economy of isolated microgrid operation when electricity supply is insufficient and customers are facing power interruption. Therefore, this article takes into account the different electricity consumption of different parks, and proposes multiple parks energy management model incorporating distributed power sources, load classification and power distribution models, so that multiple parks shared electricity and uniformly distribute the limited electricity in multiple parks in the absence of power grid supply. It can avoid the problem of surplus electricity consumption in one park but relatively insufficient electricity consumption in other parks. In addition, taking customer interruption costs, cost of battery energy storage system and customer dissatisfaction minimum as the optimization goals, an electricity optimal scheduling model was developed to rationally allocate limited electricity to different types of loads with different unit customer interruption costs in different parks and adjust load work time. Finally, taking multiple parks in certain area of Shanghai as an example, the simulation results of the optimal strategy in this article and the traditional electricity scheduling strategy areAbstract: In the absence of grid power supply, in addition to research on dynamic energy management and power flow control in the case of sufficient power, consideration should be given to formulating a reasonable limited electricity scheduling strategy to improve the balance and economy of isolated microgrid operation when electricity supply is insufficient and customers are facing power interruption. Finally, taking multiple parks in certain area of Shanghai as an example, the simulation results of the optimal strategy in this article and the traditional electricity scheduling strategy are compared. It is verified that the optimal strategy proposed in this article can effectively improve the electricity utilization rate and reduce the economic costs and customer dissatisfaction in multiple parks. This research expands the research content of isolated microgrid. Abstract : This article considers the situation that the electricity generated by the distributed power sources is insufficient to meet the demand of the all loads in the absence of grid power supply. Taking multiple parks for electricity sharing as the research object, proposes multiple parks energy management model incorporating distributed power sources, load classification, and power distribution models, so that multiple parks shared electricity and uniformly distribute the limited electricity in multiple parks in the absence of power grid supply. It can avoid the problem of surplus electricity consumption in one park but relatively insufficient electricity consumption in other parks. In addition, taking customer interruption costs, cost of battery energy storage system (BESS) and customer dissatisfaction minimum as the optimization goals, an electricity optimal scheduling model was developed to rationally allocate limited electricity to different types of loads with different unit customer interruption costs in different parks and adjust load work time. In this figure, multiple parks energy management system (MEMS) is responsible for formulating a multiple parks electricity scheduling plan considering energy sharing based on the equipment operation information received by the data collection center. Then, MEMS allocate electricity proportion and control the operation of distributed power sources, BESS and loads according to the scheduling plan, to achieve the purpose of improving the electricity utilization rate, electricity consumption economy, and customer satisfaction. … (more)
