Abstract

Highlights: Increasing HPV mediated disease results in increasing number of patients requiring oropharyngectomy after prior radiation. Functional outcomes are an important facet of shared decision making for treatment algorithms. Pre-operative clinical factors can help to predict post-operative functional outcomes.
