Abstract

Abstract : When a laser irradiates onto bilayer graphene composed of different carbon isotopes, different phonon frequencies resulting from different atom weights lead to non‐overlapped Raman fingerprints for the two graphene layers, which provides an opportunity to study the strain and doping state of each layer in bilayer graphene that could not be differentiated through Raman spectroscopy previously.
