- Abstract : In situ rolling circle transcription (RCT) is applied by Qianqian Ni and co‐workers to develop a "core–shell" microstructure. As described by Guizhi Zhu, Longjiang Zhang, Xiaoyuan Chen, and co‐workers in article number 1705737, poly(short hairpin RNA) (shRNA) is synthesized on amphiphilic DNA–polylactide (PLA) nanoparticles for co‐delivery of therapeutic shRNA and hydrophobic chemotherapeutics. Furthermore, polypeptide copolymer is used to shrink the microstructures into multifunctional nanoparticles.
