- Abstract : p–p orbital interaction through Mg(ii ) isovalent doping in methylammonium lead chloride perovskite significantly enhances the electronic properties while not affecting the optical bandgap. Abstract : p–p orbital interaction through Mg(ii ) isovalent doping in methylammonium lead chloride perovskite significantly enhances the electronic properties while not affecting the optical bandgap. This chemical behaviour shows promising applications to optoelectronic devices.
