- Abstract: This case study evaluates the effects of a 4.7 mg deslorelin acetate implant on one male olive baboon ( Papio anubis ). Implantation induces transient azoospermia after which the subject was able to conceive again. Behavior was also impacted with a decrease in our proxies of aggressiveness and sexual arousal.
