- Abstract: The enantioselective total synthesis of (‐)‐chromodorolide B (I) involves a bimolecular radical addition/cyclization/fragmentation cascade for the combination of the butenolide and trans‐hydrindane fragments while forming two C—C bonds and three of the ten stereogenic centers of (I).
