- Abstract: In this work, Aluminum wire mesh reinforced polymer composite has been fabricated using hand lay-up process and mechanical properties of wear strength have been evaluated. The result suggested that Al mesh reinforced Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) has greater wear strength to withstand the weight carried out compared to the conventional carbon fiber and glass fiber composite materials. The Aluminum twine mesh supplied inside the fabricated composite withstands the carried out load.
