- Abstract : In article number 2004886, Xiaowei Xu, Ding Zhou, Hongchen Sun, and co‐workers synthesize carbon dots with excellent biocompatibility via microwave‐assisted heating of ascorbic acid and polyethyleneimine. The synthesized carbon dots can induce the epithelial‐mesenchymal transition process by activating the transforming growth factor‐β/p‐38 mitogen‐activated kinase/Snail signaling pathway, leading to increased cell motility, and thus promote full‐thickness cutaneous wound healing with fewer scars.
