Abstract

Key Points: Patients may have preferences and priorities for their catheterization procedure that may differ from the operator's expectations. This online survey of normal volunteers suggested that patients place the highest value on same‐day discharge and lesser values for radiation exposure, bleeding risk, and access site. Patient‐centered care needs to increasingly emphasize same‐day discharge after PCI for highest patient satisfaction.
