- Abstract: A 12-lumped reaction network for heavy oil catalytic cracking including 54 reaction paths is established according to the catalytic cracking reaction mechanism, clean gasoline, and light olefins production. The model kinetic parameters were calculated by Runge-Kutta method and BFGS based on the data from Davison Circulating Riser lab device and Python platform. The verification of the model parameters shows that the relative errors between the calculated and experimental values of main products are below 5%, which indicates that the kinetic parameters of the model are reliable, and the model can be used to simulate the actual production process.
