Abstract

Abstract : We studied the formation mechanism of around mura, which occurred during the HTHHO test (high temperature and humidity operation ). In this paper, We find that coating properties of PI are important factors affecting around mura . According to our experiments, PI coating accuracy extending\ Increasing the PPO (PI prebake oven) temperature and decreasing the PI thickness can reduce the ratio and degree of around mura effectively.
