- Abstract : In this paper, solution‐processed quasi‐two‐dimentional perovskite LEDs (PeLEDs) with narrow green emission (FWHM = 22 nm) are successfully realized. The PeLEDs with TPBi as electron transporting‐materials (ETMs) exhibit a peak external quantum efficiency of 0.5% and the maximum brightness reaching 425 cd m ‐2 .
