- Abstract : The power conversion efficiency of triple‐cation perovskite solar cells can benefit from the addition of potassium‐halide (KI). In article number 2000515, Marina S. Leite and co‐workers unravel the role of KI by combining electrical and chemical nanoimaging techniques based on scanning probe microscopy. The KI additive is found to migrate to the surface of the perovskite‐absorbing layer while increasing the voltage response of the devices.
