- Abstract : A copper-catalyzed 1, 1-alkynylalkylation of alkynes with α-haloacetamides for the construction of conjugated enynes has been developed. Abstract : A copper-catalyzed 1, 1-alkynylalkylation of alkynes with α-haloacetamides is realized. This reaction provides a practical and simple synthetic methodology for various conjugated enynes with excellent functional group compatibility and high stereo- and regioselectivity. The mechanism of the tandem copper-catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction and syn -alkynylcupration of allenamides has been investigated.
