Abstract

Abstract : Abstract: A 42-year-old man presented paroxysmal sharp pain in the right side of the head. Head CT showed a lesion in the right frontal lobe. MRI of the head suggested the possibility of metastasis. FDG PET/CT showed increased uptake corresponding to lesions in the right frontal lobe of the brain, the left upper lobe of lung, and the left adrenal gland, respectively. Cerebral and pulmonary lesions were both resected. Histopathology confirmed that both lesions are primary epithelioid angiosarcomas.
