- Abstract : To study the durability degradation process of magnesium oxychloride-coated reinforced steel cement concrete under the combined effects of carbonation and water loss, the relative dynamic elastic modulus evaluation parameter that characterizes the degradation of durability was taken as the parameter of the marginal distribution function. Then, the life prediction model of magnesium oxychloride-coated reinforced steel cement concrete was established based on the copula function. The results showed that the Gumbel copula function can predict the durability of magnesium oxychloride-coated reinforced steel cement concrete under the combined effects of carbonation and water loss, and the concrete was damaged in approximately 10 760 d. The life prediction model obtained from the time detection data reflects the service condition of a building over time and provides a reliable theoretical basis for its maintenance and reinforcement.
