- Highlights: This is the prospective follow-up study to predict further episodes of sick leave among Japanese workers. Receiver operating characteristic curves were constructed for the SASS scores, correct response rates for the 3-back tasks, and use of diazepam equivalence, and the cut off points for these predictors were calculated. The cut-off point was found to be 30/31 for the SASS score, 50% for the correct response rate for the 3-back task, and a 7.5 mg dose of diazepam equivalent for the use of a benzodiazepine.
