- Abstract : A novel multi-stimuli responsive Janus nanomachine with enzymatic control for dual and sequential release of two different payloads was developed. Abstract : A novel nanomachine for dual and sequential delivery of two different compounds was developed by grafting a thiol group and a pH sensitive β-cyclodextrin-based gate-like ensemble on acetylcholinesterase-modified Au–mesoporous silica Janus nanoparticles.
