- Abstract : An efficient method was developed for synthesis of benzoxazoles by Cu-catalyzed intramolecular O -arylation of o -halobenzanilides in water. Abstract : An efficient method was developed for synthesis of benzoxazoles by Cu-catalyzed intramolecular O -arylation of o -halobenzanilides in water. This strategy provides several advantages, such as high yields, water as a green solvent and functional groups tolerance.
