- Graphical abstract: Image 1 Highlights: Restoration extension did not significantly influence the failure load of glass-ceramic endocrowns after cyclic loading. The type of outline did not significantly influence the failure load of glass-ceramic endocrowns after cyclic loading. There was no significant difference between the control and treatment groups concerning mode of failure.
