- Abstract : (Abstracted from Obstet Gynecol 2019;134:863–868) Subchorionic hematoma (SCH) (or bleed) is commonly observed in the first trimester of pregnancy, with a reported incidence ranging widely from 0.46% to 39.5%. So far, studies looking at the relationship between subchorionic bleed and adverse outcomes in later pregnancy have been unclear.
