Abstract : (Abstracted from J Obstet Gynaecol Can 2020;42:430–438) Obstetrics and gynecology residents experience a myriad of professional competency and growth by performing procedures in operative rooms. Canadian residents in obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN) undergo 5 years of training at teaching hospitals and have the opportunity to assist with many common surgical procedures.
