- Abstract: Secured information transmission is one of the critical challenges in Wireless Body Area Networks (WBAN). The main motivation of this paper is secure transmission of highly sensitive patient information with reduced computation cost and storage requirements. In this paper, we integrate Ciphertext-Policy Attribute Based Encryption (CPABE) with Constant Size Ciphertext (CPABE-CSC) and Blowfish algorithm for secure transmission of sensitive patient information. The experimental results show the efficiency of the proposed scheme in terms of computation cost and ciphertext size when compared with existing schemes.
