- Abstract: A Ni II -MOF, {[Ni(C2 O4 )(N2 H4 )]·2H2 O}n (1 ), was constructed by oxalate and hydrazine under hydrothermal conditions at 130 °C. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis indicates that 1 has a 3-D porous architecture with (10 3 ) topology based on two kinds of 1-D zigzag [Ni(C2 O4 )]n chains with the same structure but different extension directions in the ab plane separated by N2 H4 linker. 1 reveals antiferromagnetic behavior and thermal stability below 283 °C.
