- Abstract : A "Mill & Shake" process to make DNA fragments : This study demonstrates that di‐ and trinucleotides can be assembled under ball‐milling conditions by multi‐step reactions, in a one‐pot fashion, and in the absence of bulk solvents. The process is fully compatible with H‐phosphonate and phosphoramidite chemistries, currently applied to oligo‐DNA and RNA synthesis. For more information, see the Communication by M. J.
