- Abstract: CdSe/CdS/ZnS Core/Shell/Shell Quantum Dots is synthesized of using a different surfactant, which is a mixture of octa decyl phosphonic acid (ODPA) and Oleic Acid (OA). An interfused CdSe//ZnS core formation was generated, which showed a significant blue shift from CdSe QDs. The interfused core showed the maximum QY. The CdSZnS shell favourably resulted in a significant red-shift in PL is useful for the fabrication of high power white blight LEDs
