- Highlights: In preterm infants, measures of neurobehavior and brain abnormalities are related. Deep grey matter abnormalities are associated with altered neurobehavior. Neurobehavioral scores clustered into two distinct profiles. An even-tempered profile was associated with cortical grey matter abnormalities.
