Abstract

Abstract: A 3 year‐old boy presented to our clinic with a 3‐day history of itchy rash involving the face and limbs and recent contact with a caterpillar. A diagnosis of caterpillar dermatitis was suspected. This condition has rarely been reported and may be underestimated in the pediatric population who may suffer more systemic symptoms associated with caterpillar contact.
