- Abstract : The Cover Feature illustrates the potential triggered stabilization of platinum thin‐film/core‐shell architectures during electrocatalysis. Full platinum coverage protects the substrate at low potentials, whereas a fracture in the platinum film at high potentials leads either to complete system disintegration or stabilization through self‐healing.
