Abstract

Abstract : Laser Scribing In article number 1900510, Jianmin Li, Xudong Xiao, and co‐workers achieve a gradual sloped Mo edge by controlling laser beam parameters and incidence directions, leading to the conformal growth of upper layers with a continuous surface, effectively decreasing the quantity of shunting pathways and improving the fill factor and efficiency of Zn(O, S)‐based Cu(In, Ga)Se2 solar modules.
