Abstract : In article number 2000056, Kristopher A. Kilian and co‐workers introduce a templating approach to build 3D geometrically structured tumor‐mimics in virtually any hydrogel material, with scope for controlling tumor geometry and matrix properties in orthotopic xenografts.
