- Abstract : In article number 2000038, Michiya Matsusaki and co‐workers demonstrate a method based on high water‐dispersible collagen microfibers (CMF‐20) to fabricate 3D blood capillary tissues, which a provides homogenous tissue structure. The CMF‐20 acts as a microscaffold to support endothelial cell migration and maturation, thus forming the vascular lumen. The aligned CMF‐20 is produced by shear force, guiding the formation of an oriented capillary network.
