- Abstract: Dermatomyositis is a rare idiopathic inflammatory myopathy associated with different autoantibodies (anti‐MDA5, anti‐TIF1‐γ) which are linked with typical and distinct phenotypes of dermatomyositis. We describe two cases that illustrate these diverse cutaneous and systemic manifestations.
