- Abstract : The popularity of neonatal circumcision has declined significantly in the last half century in the UK, but it persists in the USA where most boys are still circumcised soon after birth. In this article the author considers why the practice is now so different in the two countries and explores the pros and cons of neonatal male circumcision.
