Abstract

Translation abstract: Starting from A. F. Kekulé's definition regarding the object of research in chemistry, the metamorphosis of the model experiment Photo‐Blue‐Bottle is presented. This experiment has been developed in order to simulate the cycle of photosynthesis and respiration. Based on core concepts of chemistry and safety requirements as well as on commercially available chemicals and light sources, the experiment has optimized step by step. Abstract: Anknüpfend an A. F Kekulés Definition des Forschungsgegenstands der Chemie werden die Metamorphosen des Modellexperiments Photo‐Blue‐Bottle aufgezeigt, das für die Simulation des Kreislaufs Photosynthese/Atmung entwickelt wurde. Das Experiment wurde auf der Grundlage fachwissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse, sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen sowie kommerziell verfügbarer Chemikalien und Lichtquellen im Sinne der didaktischen Zielsetzung schrittweise optimiert.
